‘Becoming’ a new director - 4 part series
This session will be split across four sessions (dates listed below) with 3 hour zoom sessions, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm for all sessions.
‘Becoming’ a new director is exciting and challenging.
What are some of the important things you need to know, be and think about? How do you balance all the demands of this role? In this session, we will introduce you to some of the theories of leadership which will give you a strong base for your reflective decisions.
Find out about the responsibilities of directors, how to manage your time, connect with resources available to support you and build your support network. We can set you off on a successful journey and ensure you have access to the tools and information needed as a beginning director.
