Feedback culture
Feedback is an essential part of improving quality in any service. Sometimes it can be difficult to talk to people about their performance or their behaviour and to know how to plan for the conversation so that it goes well.
In this session we will help you understand the role feedback can have in building a great team and a successful service. We will develop plans and learn new skills that can improve the feedback culture of your service.
